Kelso's Choices is a problem-solving model designed to help children handle conflicts and make positive decisions when they face difficult situations. It provides children with a set of options they can choose from when confronted with a problem, and it empowers them to make responsible choices.
Zones of Regulation
The Zones of Regulation is a tool for teaching children to understand and manage their emotions. It helps them learn to recognize how they're feeling, and it gives them strategies to cope with those feelings appropriately. It teaches emotional intelligence, empathy, and social skills. All emotions and all zones are okay!
