Why Movement Reenchanted? Because we are disconnected. From one another and even from ourselves. And we often miss the point.
Most health advice sounds like a checklist:
Eat better. Exercise more. Sleep well. Repeat.
But the goal isn’t just to check the boxes. It’s to live with purpose.
I’ve worked as a physical therapist and coach for almost 20 years, and I’ve seen how often people feel disconnected from their own bodies.
That’s why I created Movement Reenchanted.
I want to help others see beyond the body as a machine. It’s where your life plays out. It reflects your habits, your stress, your beliefs.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about living in a way that actually fits who you are—and who you want to become.
From Mechanics to Meaning
Most fitness plans just hand you a workout and hope it sticks.
But that only works if it fits your life.
Here, we start by paying attention to context:
– When do you like move?
– What do you actually LIKE to do?
– Where do you tend to get stuck? Why push through?
– How do you feel—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally?
– How much stress are you under?
All these things have to be taken into account
Then you can build something that matches your real life and vision. Who do you want to be and how do you want to live? Do that!
There are no hacks. How long will it take? As long as it takes! But who cares anyway. Time is going to pass no matter what. And you can only get there one day at a time. It won't be perfect or even linear...some days you'll have no motivation and might even skip a day. But if you mostly do it (I like the 80/20 rule), you will make progress, I promise.
Just simple, steady progress:
– Aligning your habits with what matters to you
– Building strength that supports your actual goals
– Moving in ways that feel right for your season of life
