By downloading or using Atuned, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Atuned Is
Atuned is a personal wellness tracking app designed to help you observe and understand your nervous system patterns. Atuned is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You agree not to create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Subscriptions
Atuned offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
• Atuned Premium Monthly — $3.99/month
• Atuned Premium Yearly — $30.00/year
A 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Your Data
All wellness data you enter is stored locally on your device. You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the content you enter into Atuned. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use Atuned for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the app
• Use the app to harm yourself or others
• Misrepresent your identity or create fraudulent accounts
Disclaimer of Warranties
Atuned is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results from using it will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atuned and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “last updated” date at the top when changes are made.
