Overview
Atuned is a personal wellness app designed to help you track and understand your nervous system patterns. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
What We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the app experience:
• Email address — collected at account creation for login purposes only
• Wellness data — nervous system states, mood check-ins, body mapping, cycle tracking, crash logs, and regulation strategies. This data is stored locally on your device only.
What We Do Not Collect
• We do not use third-party analytics tools
We do not sell your data to anyone
• We do not share your data with any third parties
• We do not collect location data
• We do not track you across other apps or websites
How Your Data Is Stored
All wellness and health data you enter in Atuned is stored locally on your device. If you log into Atuned on a new device, your wellness data will not transfer — only your account credentials are associated with your email. We do not back up or sync health data to any server.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Atuned offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) through Apple’s App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment or billing information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your wellness data lives on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app. To delete your account and associated email, contact us at the email below and we will remove it within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
Atuned is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
