What to Expect at the retreat
Please come expecting to move gently throughout the retreat. You may find yourself needing quiet, rest, or space at different times, and you are encouraged to honor what your body and nervous system need.
You are welcome to bring items that help you feel grounded, safe, and present — weighted blankets, somatic tools, stuffies, fidgets, headphones, journals, comfort items, or anything supportive that can reasonably fit in your luggage.
Please arrange care for your children before arriving at the retreat so you may fully rest and receive during our time together.
No alcohol permitted on the premises.
No illegal or illicit drugs may be used on the property.
No pets allowed unless they are a certified ESA/service animal.
We are deeply grateful to gather together in this home and ask each guest to help care for the space with mindfulness and respect throughout the retreat.
Because this is a privately owned home, guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damage to furnishings, linens, décor, appliances, or the property itself beyond normal wear and tear.
If damage is discovered after the retreat, the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning may be charged to the guest responsible for the room or area where the damage occurred. By reserving a room for the retreat, guests acknowledge and agree to accept responsibility for any damages associated with their accommodations or caused during their stay.
Damage-related charges may include, but are not limited to:
Excessive cleaning: starting at $100
Stained, damaged linens, or bedding: replacement cost
Broken décor, or furnishings: repair or replacement cost
Property damage requiring professional repair: billed at actual cost
We kindly ask that any accidents, spills, breakage, or maintenance concerns be communicated as soon as possible so they may be addressed promptly and with care.
Thank you for helping us maintain this space as a place of rest, healing, and gathering for all who enter here.
We currently have 4 rooms available. Once all rooms have been reserved, additional applicants will be placed on the waitlist for the next retreat.
