With APS XChange, we're taking our internal communications to the next level. Whether at your desk or on the go, APS XChange is an easy-to-use platform powered via Workplace by Facebook. It has all the familiar tools we know and use but it is not linked to your personal Facebook account. It is configured specifically for our day-to-day work needs.
Upon activating your account, we encourage you to upload a profile picture, join a group, and start connecting with colleagues across the District. Let’s learn from one another. Inspire one another. Engage with one another. Let's APS XChange!
Once you have claimed your account, you can access APS XChange at: aps.facebook.com
Log in using the following credentials:
1. Add a photo to your profile (but keep it professional)
2. Add a banner photo to your profile (perhaps of your work space)
3. Create a group for your immediate team, and then take and upload a team photo
4. Use Org Chart to find someone in your office you haven’t met, and then invite that colleague for a coffee
5. Reply to your next chat message with a Gif
6. Create a poll to plan your next team event
7. Post an update on your project in a group, and ask for feedback in the comments
8. Go Live in your next status meeting, and share it with a colleague who couldn’t be there
9. Leave 10 hearts on other people’s posts every day for a week
10. Share notes from your next meeting in a group
11. Take a photo at your next team event, and post it in the News Feed
12. Use the chat feature (instead of email) next time you want to ask a question
13. Follow 5 co-workers every day for a month to build your network
