Reason

Every project requires upgradation of features, reports, products and in their right of being competitive in the market, the task was directly being given to the development team by the Project Head or by Senior Management.

This method helped us in the initial stages of the project / product but now our projects / products have become so huge, it is not advisable to directly give the task to the developers. The sole reason behind this is to avoid clashes in planned development activity and the subsequent involvement of the developer.

Now, most of the projects / products either have a Business Analyst or Team Leader, it is a humble request from the Senior Management or the Project Head to request any development by filling in this form.
