Reason

There is a lot of communication between HR Department and the employees and due to numerous exchange of Emails / Whatsapp, some of the requests were getting lost or the employees were not getting a reply in a proper time.

To eliminate this, we've added a few forms and would request you to keep giving us your feedback so that we can add more forms for your convenience.
