Be Safe Online - put out by organizations in the UK. From the website: "The aim of this website is to provide information and advice to adults, especially parents and teachers, about potential problems of life on the Internet and how to behave. If responsible adults understand the issues and know how to deal with safety concerns, they are better able to support young people who use the Internet and encourage them to be safe online." This site breaks down each area of Internet usage, describes them, how to use them, and common problems with each.

Center for Safe and Responsible Internet Use - this comprehensive site contains articles and reports, professional and cyberbully resources, as well as the Executive Director Nancy Willard's blog.

CyberSmart Curriculum - Free to educators, the CyberSmart! Student Curriculum empowers students to use the Internet safely, responsibly, and effectively. For grades 9-12. Uses the SMART framework (S)-Safety and Security, (M)-Manners, Cyberbullying and Ethics, (A)-Authentic Learning and Creativity, (R)-Research and Information Fluency, and (T)-Twenty-first Century Challenges.

NetSmartz - The NetSmartz Workshop is an interactive, educational safety resource from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® (NCMEC) and Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) for children aged 5 to 17, parents, guardians, educators, and law enforcement that uses age-appropriate, 3-D activities to teach children how to stay safer on the Internet.

SafeTeens - SafeTeens.com is a place for teens and their parents to learn safe, civil and responsible use of the Internet. It’s operated by technology journalist Larry Magid who also operates SafeKids.com and is co-director of ConnectSafely.org. Covers topics such as teen safety on the info highway, social networking tips, tips to stop cyberbullying, cell phone safety tips, teen sexting tips.
