The pupils (and staff) at Athena School decided they wanted to show their appreciation and support of the key workers that are going into work and doing all they can to help the community during these strange times we find ourselves in. We wanted to give them something colourful and positive to look at as they drive into work, so we made them a huge banner to say 'thank you for keeping us safe!'

Pride Month...

Here at Athena, we recognise it is Pride month, and we do usually hold our own Athena Rainbow day. However, in the present circumstances we have decided to postpone our celebratory day until all pupils and staff are together again. Please see our google classrooms for some fun activities in the meantime, or some crafty ideas over on our school website!
