1. Each class should have at least one representative who will dress up as a book character---male, female, non-binary being or creature. The class may also choose to have a small group of representatives, as long as the characters are from the same book. The entire class is encouraged to help out in the preparation of the costume/s of the representative/s.

2. The characters should not be violent, scary, obscene, or offensive. Likewise, the costumes should be decent and tasteful.

3. Weapons and props must be harmless. Students may carry them around during the Culmination Program.

4. One winner will be chosen for each cluster given the following criteria.

   • 40% - Craftsmanship

   • 30% - Impact

   • 30% - Accuracy
