Operating schedule and hours will be limited. Direct personal engagements of NCIC staff to clients will be kept to a minimum while we strive to serve our clients on a mostly remote set-up. Bring your own insulated container and other needed accessories. The NCIC does not sell or rent dewars or insulated containers and other related cryogenic accessories.
Upon dispensing the specified amount, the NCIC is not liable for loss of liquid nitrogen due to evaporation afterwards or other similar circumstances.
First come, first serve basis. Only same day confirmed reservations are guaranteed. NMR and Chemistry Department cryogenic needs take precedence over other use.
Retail amounts less than 50 liters are usually accommodated. Clients who need amounts in excess of 50 liters for regular periods of time will be referred to our supplier, Air Liquide Philippines.
The NCIC is NOT liable for safety issues and mishandling of the liquid nitrogen by the client upon release.
The NCIC reserves the right NOT to sell liquid nitrogen:

during any time when reserves are in short supply or there is high demand
in the absence of appropriate containers or proper training in handling cryogenic liquids by the client
during national/local/school holidays
during inclement weather or in the event of natural disasters, restrictions on quarantine protocols and emergencies

The client shoulders the transportation involved upon purchase. The NCIC does not offer deliveries to client locations.
Purchases/Payments can be made through online payment channels. A 3.5% Merchant Rate will be imposed for online payments. Hard copy of receipts can be arranged for delivery (COD basis or included in purchase price)
