Application
The Financial Aid Program has two application cycles in the first semester and one cycle in the second semester.
In the first semester, the Aid Upon Admission for incoming first year students opens for application upon the release of admission results. The regular cycle begins during the registration period and typically ends two weeks after the start of classes.
In the second semester, the Program opens for applications during the registration period and typically closes two weeks after the start of classes
Documentary Requirements
Proof of Income
You must provide any document that evidences your financial status. (Income Tax Returns, Statement of Account, Sworn Statements, etc.)
Transcript of Records
First Years submit their Transcripts of Record when applying for a grant for the first time in the Second Semester. Current students must submit screenshots of their available grades from previous semesters.
Personal Statement
New applicants must provide a personal statement. What is your financial situation? Why do you need financial aid? Let us get to know your motivation and plans. Do you have a burning passion for justice? Do you intend to serve the nation?
Disclosures
Before you begin your application, it would be best if you gathered the details of the assets and liabilities of your family, spouse, and yourself. You are required to disclose information that will allow the Committee to assess your need and eligibility for a grant. Therefore, you should exert your best effort to determine the exact value of all your assets and liabilities.

investments (stocks, savings & loan associations, etc.)
interests in trusts and estates
real property
personal property (including vehicles, electronics, clothing, jewelry, etc.)

Liabilities (Domestic and Foreign)
credit card debt
mortgages (home loans and the like)
educational loans
other loans from financial institutions
other loans from family members or informal sources
taxes due for the calendar year
living expenses
siblings' tuition
