1.) Try on sizers (if needed). There are two rooms: one for regular uniforms and another for P.E.
If you do not need to try sizers, go directly to the order link.
2.) Place your order through https://go.ateneo.edu/AJHSUniformSY2526. Please make sure your order quantities and sizes are accurate to reduce the waiting time at the cashier. Should you have changes, please list it down and hand it to the cashier.
3.) Proceed to the cashier to get your receipt (if you paid online) or pay (if you opted for on-site).
4.) Bring the receipt and invoice (PDF emailed to you) to the distribution area to claim your uniforms.
The daily uniform consists of a white polo shirt with the Ateneo seal embroidered on the left side of the chest and navy pants. Both are distributed by the school. The navy pants may be purchased outside, but the cut and color prescribed by the school must be adhered to. If you already purchased uniforms last school year, you may use these.
The PE uniform consists of a crew neck shirt in the color assigned to each grade level
Green- Grade 7
Yellow-Grade 8
Pink-Grade 9
Blue-Grade 10
and cotton shorts. Both are distributed by the school.

Navy Pants
For the duration of the Magis Stop, there will be sizers available for fitting at the assigned room. There will be one for the regular uniforms and another for the P.E. uniforms.

We are collecting all orders online to control and monitor the orders and inventory. It will also allow us to track pending orders and address the issue of lost order slips.

If you opt to pay online, payment can be made via Paybiz through e-wallets (GCash, GrabPay), or Bank Transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank).
If you opt to pay onsite during your Magis Stop schedule, payment may be through cash, credit/debit card, and GCash.
Please take a photo of your receipt for safekeeping.
If you paid online and received your receipt, please proceed to the distribution area and present your order form and receipt to the staff.
If you opted to pay onsite, proceed to the cashier first. Please present your order form and pay as indicated on the form. After you receive your receipt, please show your order form and the receipt at the distribution area to claim your orders.
Please bring your own eco bags to support the Laudato Si' initiatives of the University.
We can only accommodate returns/exchanges the week following the claiming of the uniform as our POS (point-of-sales) machines will need to update at the end of each week and will have a record of your order receipt in the server by the following week.
You may opt to do the return/exchange during the Magis Stop or at A Shop Main at the college.
Since the stock of the uniforms is at the AJHS, the actual changing of the uniform sizes will still be done at the uniform distribution area during the Magis Stop.
Any change in sizes must be made within one month of purchase. Uniforms must be in good condition and will be inspected for wear and tear before we can accept it for exchange.
Refunds can only be processed for special circumstances such as withdrawal of the student or non-delivery of the order within the first semester of the school year. Other matters may be considered on a case-to-case basis.

We will not be able to accommodate any onsite orders effective school year 2025-2026. This is to carefully monitor and capture the orders. Thank you for understanding.
To avoid any inconvenience to yourself and the other parents and students, please be sure to fill up the form before you line up at the cashier. Ensure you have pressed SUBMIT on the form so our system can capture the order.
After the Magis Stop, you may continue to order additional uniforms through the link above. You may claim it at A Shop at AJHS. Location will be announced when finalized.
There will be staff from each of the uniform suppliers who will be on-hand to measure the students who go beyond the regular sizes of the uniforms in stock. To ensure that the supplier can make the uniform component to size, we suggest you bring a sample for them to copy, particularly for pants.
We highly recommend you keep a digital copy of your receipt as a back-up.
To request for a copy of your receipt, we would need the following information:
Name of your child
Date of order payment
Mode of payment (cash/credit card, etc)- if you can provide a screenshot of an email from your credit card company or bank, that would help a lot
Amount of payment
Ordered Items
This information will help us to try to locate your receipt in our server.
