If you will not require sizers:

1.) If you know the sizes of the uniforms you want to order, place the order through - https://go.ateneo.edu/AGSUniforms-SY2627. Please be sure of the quantities and sizes to reduce waiting time at the cashier. 

2.) Pay for the order. On-site payment is via cash, credit/debit card, and GCash. Online payment is through the Paybiz portal, and options are e-wallets (GCash, Grab Pay), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank). Please note that online payment confirmation may take up to 2 working days. Make sure you have placed your order before you get to the cashier. The cashiers cannot place the orders for you. There are service laptops available onsite in case you need it to place your orders.

3.) After you get your receipt, go to the distribution area to claim your order.

The daily grade school uniform consists of a white polo shirt with the Ateneo seal embroidered on the left side of the chest and khaki pants. The polo shirts are distributed by the school. The polos from last year may be used. You will need a new grade level patch only. The khaki pants are also distributed by the school, but you may also buy them from outside, provided the cut and color are observed. 

The PE uniform consists of a cotton crew neck shirt with the color of your child's section and terry cloth jogging pants. The class level is printed on the shirt on the front portion at the left chest below the Ateneo seal. Their class number is printed on both the front and back center portion of the shirt.  This is used 1-2x a week for PE. Some CoCA (co-curricular activities) also use the PE uniforms during their CoCA period. 

The gala uniform is first used by Grade 2 students during their First Holy Communion. Grades 3-6 will also use this during school-wide masses (First Friday Mass, Thanksgiving Mass). Kinder and Grade 1 students do not need to buy a gala uniform. This may be purchased at Walk Through or later in the year.

Yes, there will be sizers made available if you are unsure of the size of your child. 

This will be at the Waiting Area behind Heritage Hall (near the BPI ATM) This step is optional.

The grade level patches are available through the Ateneo Grade School Cooperative located at Station 2.

All of the uniform ordering will be done online through the form, but payment can be done during your Walk-Through schedule or online as well.

The venue for uniform payment and distribution is the Heritage Hall.

We are collecting all orders online to control and monitor the orders and inventory. It will also allow us to track pending orders and address the issue of lost order slips.

Grade level patches may be ordered and claimed through the Ateneo Grade School Cooperative.

If you paid online, please proceed to the cashier for receipt generation.  Please present your order form and receipt to the staff at the distribution area in the Heritage Room. 

 If you opted to pay onsite, proceed to the cashier first. Please present your order form and pay as indicated on the form. After you receive your receipt, you may proceed to the distribution area in the Heritage Room. Kindly present your receipt and order form to claim your orders.

 Please note that the PE shirts are made-to-order based on your child's grade level and section and will be distributed at the classroom through their class moderator between September to October 2026. We highly encourage you to order one to two sizes up for PE shirts to accommodate for growth spurts.  

In case some jogging pants sizes may not be readily available at the Walk-Through. These will also be distributed at the classroom through your child's class moderator. 

Please bring your own eco bags to support the Laudato Si' initiatives of the University. Eco Bags will be available for purchase at a nominal price. 

Please take a photo of your receipt for safekeeping.

We can only accommodate returns/exchanges the week following your claiming of the uniform as our POS machines will need to update at the end of each week and will have a record of your order receipt in the server by then. You may do the return/exchange at the Walk Through or at A Shop main at the college. The actual changing of the uniform/s will still be done at the AGS. Uniforms must not have been laundered or altered if you need to exchange it. It will be checked for damages prior to processing the exchange.

We will not be able to accommodate any onsite orders. To avoid any inconvenience to yourself and the other parents and students, please be sure to fill up the form before you line up at the cashier. Ensure you have pressed SUBMIT on the form so our system can capture the order.  

After the Walk Through, additional uniforms can continue to be ordered through the link above. Claiming will be at the A Shop space at the AGS Cafeteria. 

There will be staff from each of the uniform suppliers who will be on-hand to measure the students who go beyond the regular sizes of the uniforms in stock. We do not do made-to-order for smaller sizes, only those who go beyond the largest available size. To ensure that the supplier can make the uniform component to size, we suggest you bring a sample for them to copy, particularly for pants. 

Refunds can only be processed for special circumstances such as withdrawal of the student or non-delivery of the order within the first semester of the school year. Other matters may be considered on a case-to-case basis.  

Refunds of the number patches (and anything else purchased from the AGS Cooperative) must be coordinated directly with them. 

We highly recommend you keep a digital copy of your receipt as a back-up. 

To request for a copy of your receipt, we would need the following information: 

• Name of your child

• Date of order payment

• Mode of payment (cash/credit card, etc)- if you can provide a screenshot of an email from your credit card company or bank, that would help a lot

• Amount of payment

• Ordered Items

This information will help us to try to locate your receipt in our server. 

Your child may change into any Ateneo shirt or plain, round neck white shirts after their P.E. or Intrams session. 

A pair of white ped or low cut or quarter anklet sports socks is recommended. Colored and/or printed socks are not allowed.

A pair of simple or plain rubber shoes. Flashy/neon color/design; light-up/LED shoes are not allowed.
