Scram ball or Scramble ???
Mr. Sterling - Carrisa Plains
Mr. Sterling has been substitute teaching for a long time in Atascadero Schools. He has some good stretches that he does during his breaks.
Scram ball or Scramble ??
Toss the dice and whatever color, number or name comes up on the top of the dice has to go inside the circle grab the dice and yell "Freeze". The other players have to freeze from Scrambling away from the circle. Player in the circle rolls the dice on the ground at them. No Moving ! : )
Cardboard Dice
Get a cardboard square box that has six equal sides and some construction paper, tape and scissors.
Cutting and Tape
Cut the paper with scissors to fit around three sides then tape where needed.
Identify Six Sides
Use markers to identify all of the six sides of a dice. You can use colors, numbers or your individual names.
Push ups for Kids
Push ups take practice. Start with some of the Incline push ups that are easier, then go to the regular push ups that will be on the fitness test.
Sit n Reach
Remember to stretch your lower back and legs before doing Sit n Reach. No Bouncing !
