Volley Four Square - Warm-up

You can practice this volley four square or two square just about anywhere.  As your skills get better you can modify the warmup and only use your forearms or try and not let it bounce.

Knowing your muscles is one of the most important subjects of knowledge you can prepare yourself with.  Knowing how you move will allow you to take care of yourself and do what is best for your muscles to function at 100%. 

Circle Dance

The circle dance routine is slow enough to learn and practice by yourself or with your family and friends.  Get the steps down and turn on music.
