Alison Uhma is a visual artist based in Sydney, Cape Breton.
Her art practice centres on illustration, animation and comic book making. Her work blends storytelling and image-making to explore memory, identity, and the quiet power of everyday life. Working across illustration, animation and comics, Alison often draws inspiration from both her environment and experiences, creating works that are deeply personal and relatable.
She is currently working on her first full length graphic memoir, Fault, with a release date set for the spring of 2027 and published by Conundrum Press.
