Phase 1, Ongoing: We harness the power of artificial intelligence to review investment news and examine scientific publications to identify impactful business cases in this domain.
Phase 2: We plan to cultivate a vibrant community of corporations, entrepreneurs, investors, and visionaries, fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange.
Phase 3: We plan to establish a business innovation & startup incubation program, building partnerships across sectors to invest in the most promising and brightest business opportunities in tech & regeneration.
AtabeyX Foundation will serve as a platform to design regenerative businesses in collaboration with universities and innovators from around the world. It will also act as an instrument for international development by creating a philanthropic investment fund—focusing on long-term partnerships rather than traditional donations—by providing seed capital to launch regenerative enterprises with the potential to transform the world.
Through the AtabeyX Venture Studio, we will host Regenerative Foresight Design Workshops to help identify novel product strategies and business models that enable holistic transformations. In addition, the AtabeyX Marketplace will connect business angels and impact investors with startup founders, helping scale and further advance their initiatives.
Ultimately, our purpose is to leverage entrepreneurial solutions powered by cutting-edge technologies to tackle pressing societal and environmental challenges, while pioneering social ventures and fostering regenerative global development.

Dr. Johanny A. Perez Sierra is a futurist, tech entrepreneur, and Global Executive President & CEO of AtabeyX Ventures and its Foundation (currently in development), where she leads digital products at the intersection of technology—including AI/GenAI and VR/AR—foresight, and regenerative development.
With over 13 years of experience in digital business innovation, research, and project management, she has successfully collaborated with international brands across industries, including IT services and consulting, AgTech, retail, education, and SaaS. She is a Thought Leader in Tech for Good and an Advocate for Resilience and Female Leadership.
Dr. Perez Sierra integrates insights from partnerships with global businesses (i.e., Miro, Cognizant, and industry-leading clients) and learnings from world-renowned institutions and experts in strategic foresight (Institute for the Future, The Future Laboratory, and TrendWatching), digital business innovation (MIT, Columbia Business School, and Boston University Questrom School of Business), as well as strategy execution (Harvard Business School).
She is currently drafting a book on Regenerative Foresight Design™, integrating her original approaches: Corporate Sustainability Future Readiness™, Sustainability-Driven Digital Innovation™, and Tech & Regenerative Ventures.
Dr. Perez Sierra draws on her research expertise (Ph.D. Agr.Sc., University of Hohenheim, specializing in technology risk perception & risk governance; M.Sc., Env.Sc., University of Stuttgart; and B.Sc. Agr.Sc., EARTH University), combining the natural and social sciences to address real-world sustainability challenges.
