Provides life skill classes, career exploration, education support, individualized plan for self-sufficiency development, and community normalization outings
Requirements:
Active communication and engagement
Regular involvement in life skill classes
Participation in tracking goals
Engagement in school and/or employment
Qualifications:
Must be between 18 and 23 years old at the time of application approval
Must have aged out of foster care or spent time in foster care
Must pass a background check
Must complete a phone interview
Must have employment within 2 weeks of entering into the program
Full-time employment is required unless also in school, then part-time employment is required
If the applicant does not have a diploma, must work towards obtaining a GED
Willing to commit to the FAHP Participation Agreement

A one-year drug and alcohol-free, faith-based, semi-supervised transitional housing program geared toward young adults between ages 18 and 24 who have aged out of the foster care system or spent time in the foster care system.
Qualifications:
Must be between 18 and 24 years old
Must have aged out of foster care or spent time in foster care
Must be currently enrolled or willing to enroll in YAP or Independent Living programs through DCS, Arizona Children’s Association, and/or Arizona Friends of Foster Children
Must have a background free from domestic violence charges or crimes against children
Must be willing to refrain from cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs and willing to undergo random drug testing
Must be willing to abide by all rules, regulations, and requirements written out in the Program Agreement
Must agree and participate in their own case management

Connects youth with a mentor with lived experience to focus on any or all goals that the mentee sets for themselves
Expectations:
A year-long program, at least 4 hours/month with their mentor
Must be committed to developing and working towards goals with their mentor
