eProjects Team Stipend Payment Schedule

• During eProjects, each universities' primary faculty lead will receive their project's $500 team materials stipend on behalf of their team.

• The Primary faculty lead will receive the $500 team stipend as soon as they have confirmed the entire team is committed to completing all aspects of eProjects.

• Before the final showcase, each team must submit to their faculty a Bill of Materials for their expenses. (See samples here). Students must keep all receipts for their leads’ reference. Students are not required to collect red receipts, but should collect all receipts as a habit.

• At the end of eProjects, one faculty lead per school will receive a $500 stipend for completing their scope of work
