7/00 – 5/14 - Century Link / Level 3 / Global Crossing – Rochester, NY - Phoenix, AZ: Network Architect & Principal Development Engineer. Company standard specifications author. I was one of the people responsible for the global multi-cross platform architecture and 3-yr roadmap – including strategic design, customer presentations, new features, and new services. I managed geographically dispersed resources within the global company including personnel, and was the vendor liaison for tracking of bugs, code, and features. I also chaired the “specials evaluation”, and sign off of ICBs (Individual Case Basis). My group provided the final technical escalation point during the troubleshooting of major outages.
