I had to perform a usability test and create a presentation with the outcome and analysis which required me to understand user-centered design.

The analysis on page 3 demonstrates I understand the role of technologies/media in accessing, managing, developing, and communicating information.

I had to critically think about theoretical approaches to technical communication and articulate the desired outcome to the target audience. Pages 22-34 reinforces that I have the ability to develop flexible strategies for drafting, revising, and editing.

Health  Matters Quarterly Report

This report required me to interpret the needs of the target audience and create a comprehensive yet short report.  By listing examples of previous clients on page 2 I show that I can understand the collaborative and social aspects of research, writing, and design processes.
