My name is Miss Osborn and I would like to share some of my core teaching values and why I chose this profession. 

Becoming a teacher has always been my dream because I believe education is a powerful tool capable of making a positive impact on every life it touches. My approach to teaching is shaped by my kindness, empathy, and inclusivity, creating a safe and engaging environment where all students feel valued and inspired to learn. I aim to connect with students and their families by building strong relationships rooted in open communication and trust. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt, listen, and incorporate creativity into my teaching. By using innovative strategies like project-based learning and hands-on learning to make lessons meaningful and memorable for the students. My ultimate goal is to empower students to believe in themselves, develop a love for learning, and succeed beyond the classroom, while I continue to grow as an educator through reflection and professional development.
