Bathroom/Water: One at a time with sign-out system
Noise Level: Visual voice-level system
Materials: Pencil trade system to maximize instructional time
Punch Card System:
Students earn punches based on positive behavior and their position on the classroom pocket chart. Full punch cards can be exchanged for rewards.
Table Teams (Color Groups):
Students are grouped into table teams (colors) to promote teamwork, accountability, and positive peer influence. Tables can earn rewards for working together and following expectations.

My classroom management approach is rooted in consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement. I focus on recognizing and reinforcing appropriate behavior through systems that motivate students and build responsibility. By combining clear expectations with relationship-building and teamwork, I create a classroom environment where students feel supported, accountable, and engaged in their learning.
