Registration for GRW is free. The last date to register is February 19th, 2017. Registration may close earlier if the maximum number of attendees is reached. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by February 28th, 2017.

A limited number of travel grants are available to participants from US institutions. Please visit the GEC-25 event site for more details. The application deadline for the travel grant is February 5th, 2017 but applications will continue to be accepted after that date while funds are available. Those applying by the deadline will be notified by February 10th February 14th.
