Read transcript of Immersive Experiences video
One of the reasons experiences at Expos are so vivid and memorable is because they are immersive. More and more often, pavilions include exhibits that appeal to all the senses: sight and sound, and also touch, smell, even taste, and that are emotionally moving. When visitors experience stories for all the senses, they can have more memorable experiences. This helps visitors to experience your pavilion and the story you’re bringing to the global gathering, creating memories and connections to your country. Stories can provoke strong emotional experiences as visitors interact with displays, hosts, and each other. Your pavilion, along with all the others at the Expo can offer a connection not only to one country, but to our shared problems and solutions.
How
Expos include stunning visuals as visitors are greeted with spectacular architecture, maps, videos, miniature scenes in glass cases, artifacts, models and large-scale exhibits that visitors can walk through. How visitors experience a pavilion isn’t limited to looking. Being able to touch artifacts, smell plants or perfumes, sample food or drink, or hear a story can create a lasting impression for visitors of all ages.
