Critical Response Process
Join us for a 90-minute interactive workshop to experience Critical Response Process®. CRP is a dynamic, consent-based approach to feedback, created by renowned choreographer Liz Lerman. Shaped by over 25 years of experience in the dance community, CRP is now practiced across the arts, academia, industry, and the sciences. CRP is a four-step facilitated approach that supports artists, scientists, and makers in receiving useful, non-destructive feedback. Through three clearly defined roles (maker, responder, and facilitator) participants will learn how to reduce conflict, foster trust, and get the feedback they need to grow their work. CRP can be used as a tool to create safe, creative spaces that enhance collaboration and innovation, especially in scientific and interdisciplinary settings. The session will be led by CRP-certified practitioner and co-creator of Mutually Enriching Mentorship, Michele Clark, PhD. If possible, invite a colleague, mentor, labmate, or peer and come ready to engage!
Mini-exhibition: What we want in our future
We asked the ESSA RRS students to send pictures of what they want to see/experience in their future.
