FORMAT: 36 hole stroke play
FIELD SIZE: 88 players
REGISTRATION OPEN: Monday, May 12, 2025
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, August 15th, 2025
PROJECTED YARDAGE:
Men: 6,884 yards (Blue Tees: 72.0 / 125)
Women: 5,732 yards (Green Tees: 72.5 / 122)
QUALIFYING SPOTS: 20
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:
Saturday, August 23rd: Double Tee 11:48am-1:18pm
Sunday, August 24th: Double Tee 11:30am-1:00pm (re-paired based on score)
PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be emailed to participants by the end of the day on Wednesday, August 21st.
PRACTICE FACILITY: Will be available one hour prior to play. Range balls will be provided at no additional charge.
GOLF CARTS: Golf carts will be provided at no additional charge.
LIVE SCORING: PlayThru Live Scoring software will be used for the event. No downloads are required.
SUCCESSFUL QUALIFIERS: Players that successfully qualify for the team will be contacted within 48 hours of the conclusion of the tryout with details for joining the team.
REFUND POLICY:
Players who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a 100% refund minus the convenience fee.
Players who withdraw after the registration deadline will receive a 50% refund if their spot is filled by another competitor.
