I have been honored to receive multiple Sun Awards at ASU for my contributions in various areas:

1. Database Management & Leadership Development: I was honored with a SUN Award for my contributions to database management training and leadership development. I provided one-on-one guidance on database management, sharing insights and resources with senior coaches. My leadership and knowledge were recognized as inspiring, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
   
   

2. Survey Backlog Assistance: I played a crucial role in addressing and resolving a significant backlog of surveys that were assigned to my name, ensuring that issues were efficiently managed and resolved.
   
   

3. Coaching Development: My commitment to developing effective coaching conversations has been recognized. I continually reflect on call evaluations and implement innovative strategies to support my Coaches, Coordinators, and learners at ASU, inspiring my team to pursue excellence.
   
   

4. Career Support and Mentorship: I have been acknowledged for my dedication to supporting colleagues in their careers. By providing opportunities, encouragement, and constructive challenges, I strive to empower others to reach their full potential.

Military Collaboration and Call Calibration: My collaboration on military-related inquiries and call calibrations has been valued, particularly for offering insights and helping team members feel supported and less isolated. I look forward to more opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge.
   
   

6. Military Team Support: I demonstrated exceptional support by stepping in to assist with Discovery Studio surveys and addressing the needs of the Military lead's team during their absence. My proactive approach in ensuring seamless operations reflects my dedication to peer support and departmental success.
