Training Levels for Each Team Member
The materials and resources posted on this site address the training needs across a range of team members (students, faculty, staff). These training resources are intended to support a team member's phased development and involvement on a project team (orientation, onboarding, upskilling).
The final phase listed on this page will include a link to another CHS site that has resources intended to assist the learner with identifying transferrable skills obtained in their work on an ANTT that can be applied in subsequent jobs.

PHASE 4 - SKILL TRANSFER - Using the Skills on Other Teams
How do you assist your team members with applying previously-acquired skills to address new, novel challenges?
A team member accrues a range of skills while working with a team. These transferrable skills could be applied in very different, subsequent projects and positions.
