Registration fees 

The registration fees include full access to the conference venue, welcome reception, welcome pack, coffee breaks, and proceedings. 

Standard registration:

Fee (until 31 Aug, 2026, 23:59 CST): $US410 (€350) 

Late fee (after 1 September, 2026, 00:00 CST): $US450 (€380)

Student registration:

Fee (until 31 August, 2026, 23:59 CST): $US260 (€220) 

Late fee (after 1 September, 2026, 00:00 CST): $US300 (€250)

Fee payment procedure

The Sociedad Mexicana de Física (SMF) provides the payment platform via Mercado Pago. Please note that participants affiliated with Mexican institutions may need to use a different payment method (see instructions below).

FOR MEXICAN INSTITUTIONS ONLY: The payment procedure described above does not include applicable taxes in Mexico. If you require an official tax invoice (factura), please follow the instructions below.

1. Access the SMF web platform at: https://plataforma.smf.mx/. Registration is required and only involves providing your full name and email address; SMF membership is not required.

2. From the “Panel Principal”, click on “Tienda”. A list of payment options will appear; select “LARIM 2026” and choose the applicable registration fee: 8561 MXN (7380 MXN plus 16% IVA) for regular registration or 5429 MXN (4680 MXN plus 16% IVA) for student registration. 

3. You can then click to proceed to the payment with Mercado Pago. You can ask for the official tax invoice within the SMF platform in “Mis recibos”.

Once the payment is made, please send us the receipt through the following Google form:
