Is a consultation required?
Yes. The initial consultation will allow us to ensure that what I offer is suitable for you. During the consultation, you will be asked to disclose any medical conditions and current medications to rule out any contraindications that may prevent us from working together.
The first session is a relaxed conversation where we explore what you’d like support with, discuss your goals, and decide which therapeutic approaches will be most helpful.
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people benefit from a few focused sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll review progress regularly so you always feel in control of the process.
Do I need to choose between counselling & coaching?
Not at all, we can blend approaches depending on what you need each session.
Yes. Everything you share is treated with respect and confidentiality, in line with professional ethical guidelines, unless it is legally required by law to share. (For example, you were to disclose that you were going to harm yourself or others.)
