Integrative therapy combines different therapeutic approaches — such as counselling, coaching and hypnotherapy — to create a personalised plan that supports your emotional, behavioural and mindset goals.
Each modality plays a different role. Counselling helps you explore emotions and past experiences, coaching focuses on goals and forward movement, and hypnotherapy works with the subconscious to shift patterns. Together, they create a holistic path to change.
Common areas include anxiety, stress, confidence, self-esteem, habits, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are tailored to your needs.
Is a consultation required?
Yes. The initial consultation will allow us to ensure that what I offer is suitable for you. During the consultation, you will be asked to disclose any medical conditions and current medications to rule out any contraindications that may prevent us from working together.
The first session is a relaxed conversation where we explore what you’d like support with, discuss your goals, and decide which therapeutic approaches will be most helpful.
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people benefit from a few focused sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll review progress regularly so you always feel in control of the process.
Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions. You remain aware and in control at all times — it’s not stage hypnosis.
Not at all. Integrative therapy means we can blend approaches depending on what you need each session.
Yes. Everything you share is treated with respect and confidentiality, in line with professional ethical guidelines unless it is legally required by law to share. (For example you were to disclose that you were going to harm yourself or others.)
If you’re looking for a supportive, personalised approach that adapts to your needs, integrative therapy is often a great fit. A consultation call can help you decide.
