Upon completion of Year 2 or ECO, the Director of New Teacher Development enters the participating teacher's Pass score in Helios using the Induction Matching Wizard.
Credential Services is notified, via Helios, of the Y2/ECO score, and initiates the online recommendation for a Clear credential.
Credential Services will batch print certificates of completion for participating teachers who pass Y2/ECO.
Certificates are signed by the Director of New Teacher Development
Signed certificates are scanned into the participating teacher's Helios record, then recycled
Teachers may access and print their certificates within Helios
Note: Per state law and CTC program general preconditions, only employees of Aspire's Credential Services Department are authorized to submit credential recommendations on behalf of the Aspire Teacher Induction Program.
