New Clients:
We accept the following insurances for new appointments:
BCBS, Sanford, Medicaid and Medicaid Expansion, United, UMR, Medica, and Private Pay
Current and Former Clients:
Clients who are currently seeing or have previously seen us have the option to continue their care under the following insurances:
BCBS, Sanford, Medicaid and Medicaid Expansion, United, UMR, Medica, Medicare, Aetna, and Private Pay
Aspire submits claims on behalf of clients to the insurance companies we are credentialed with. However, having insurance is not a guarantee that your service will be covered by your insurance plan. Please note it is your responsibility as the client and plan holder to know what your specific insurance plan covers. If you are unsure what your insurance covers, your deductible amount, or copayment amounts, please, contact your insurance company.
Copayments, coinsurance, and any out of pocket payments are due at the time of your service.
Aspire accepts payments by card and check. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.

Cancellation Policy
Aspire requests a minimum notice of 12 hours for any appointment cancellations. If your appointment needs to be cancelled you are welcome to cancel through your client portal, by emailing your provider, or contacting the clinic by phone.
If a minimum of a 12 hour notice is not provided you may be subjected to a $100 fee. Frequent last minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in inability to schedule with your provider and a termination of services.
Inclement Weather
Aspire prioritizes the safety and health of all. We recognize living in North Dakota means living with the potential for inclement weather which can make travel difficult or unsafe.
Please contact your provider as soon as possible if you will be unable to keep your appointment due to weather. Failure to communicate with your provider may be counted as a missed appointment.
Aspire follows the recommendations and guidance of local government offices for closures. If Aspire is closed due to weather your provider will contact you.
