Christina is a North Dakota native who received her Masters in Social Work from the University of North Dakota.  She is experienced in working with individuals 18+ and couples. 

She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), sex therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and ego state interventions. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her practice and utilizes a strengths-based and person centered approach to help those she works with to  achieve their goals. 

She has experience working with those struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other emotional difficulties.

Jenny is a Wyoming native who came to North Dakota in 2012. Jenny has a history of working with individuals and families struggling with homelessness and addictions prior to earning her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary. She is experienced working with individuals 16+ and couples. 

Jenny is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Jenny also utilizes Reality therapy and Solution-Focused Brief therapy to assist those she works with to achieve their highest quality of life. 

Jenny has experience working with those struggling with major life transitions, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and family and relationship issues.
