On the day you arrive...

School representatives will be waiting at the airport when you arrive. After you deplane you will run through three primary steps before connecting with your administrators and orientation team members.

1. You will pass through immigration

2. You will collect your baggage

3. You will pass through customs

School representatives cannot enter the customs or immigration areas to assist with these tasks, but, upon exiting the customs hall and entering the arrival area, your Administration and Orientation team will be waiting with signs. (If you used a porter ASK will pay them: They are wearing blue and fairly pushy so let them help you with your luggage.)

Your apartment will be ready when you arrive. The key will be in the back of the door and a little food will be there to get you through until we get to a grocery store.
