Dual Enrollment Course Offerings

🚀 Ready for College While in High School? 

Dual Enrollment with Gavilan College!

Follow These Easy Steps to Get Started:

1️⃣ Apply Online

• Go to Gavilan College Application

• Fill out the application and get your Gavilan ID & PIN (allow 24 hours).

• You’ll need:

  • A Social Security Number (if you have one)

  • A personal email address (not your school-provided email)

2️⃣ Complete the Dual Enrollment Form

• See Mrs. Hicks for form and assistance selecting a course.

• New Students: Need signatures from you, your parent/guardian, and your counselor/principal

• Returning Students: Just your signature

3️⃣ Submit Your Form

• Turn in your completed form to your high school counselor, Mrs. Hicks, for processing

4️⃣ Complete Any Prerequisites (If Needed)

• Email documentation to Yessenia Gutierrez, College Transitions Counselor: ygutierrez@gavilan.edu

5️⃣ Register for Classes

• After receiving permission from Gavilan College (via your school email), you can register for your class.

• Non-CCAP Students: Register yourself through MyGav Self-Service.

• CCAP Students: Admissions will register you once your approved form is received.
