Travel: The Ashoka Shuttle schedule can be found by clicking here. The bus travel is free of cost but you will need to reserve your seat in the bus at least a few hours before boarding the bus by following instructions given on this link. In case you are unable to do it or find all the seats booked, please ask the Ashoka shuttle guards stationed outside Jahangirpuri metro stop Gate 4 to do the booking for you. You need to exit through Gate 3 of the Metro station and walk towards Gate 4, where further down you can find Ashoka shuttle guards who will help you. People who are staying at IIT campus need to take another bus after reaching Ashoka campus to reach IIT Delhi Sonipat campus.

Food: You can avail your meals at either the Ashoka University FH2 Dining or in the mess at the IIT Sonipat Campus. You just need to mention that you are attending this workshop and write your name on a register present there. The timings are as follows:
