Travel & Accommodation

The Registration Fee covers your accommodation at The Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa on all conference days with breakfast, tea/snacks, lunch and dinner. Apart from this, a welcome dinner, a city tour, boat ride and a banquet dinner will also be covered by the registration fee. The registration fee for the accompanying person includes accommodation, breakfast, tea/snacks, lunch and dinner from 22nd - 26th July 2024. 

HOW TO REACH

There are several ways to travel from Delhi to Udaipur. You can choose to travel by flight, train, bus, or car. We would recommend flight which is the quickest way to reach Udaipur from Delhi which takes approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a train from Delhi to Rana Pratap Nagar, which takes around 14 hours and 43 minutes. If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take a bus from Tis Hazari to Reti stand, which takes around 13 hours and 10 minutes. You can also take a taxi or drive from Delhi to Udaipur, which takes around 9 hours and 28 minutes

CONFERENCE VENUE

The Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa is located approximately 25 km away from Udaipur Airport (UDR). The quickest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi which takes around 45 minutes.

The Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa is located approximately 10 minutes away from Rana Pratap Nagar railway station. The distance between the hotel and the railway station is approximately 1.6 km.
