Day of Fair

Math Fair Itinerary:

The Central Region Math Fair will be held at Asheboro High School.

Address: 1221 Park St, Asheboro, NC

Park in the lot at the traffic light on Walker St and Church St. This is the New Science Wing. Enter the building through the glass doors facing Walker St.

Additional parking is available further down on Walker St, closer to Fayetteville St.

Project Registration in Walker Commons and Project Set Up in Classrooms

Project Display Areas are cleared; Parents and students remain in Walker Commons.

Project Interviews Begin

Awards Ceremony in Walker Commons

Students will wait with their parents/guardians until called for their project interview. Once a math fair participant has been interviewed he/she will be released back to their parent or guardian. At that time, they may leave campus for lunch.

If judging has been completed in time, the project area will be opened for public viewing prior to the Awards Ceremony at 1:00 PM.

Judges comments will be distributed immediately following the Awards Ceremony.

Note: Snacks will be available for purchase in Walker Commons in support of Mu Alpha Theta, the High School Mathematics Honorary.
