You’re trying your best—but it still feels like too much. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by school, friendships, family pressure, or just trying to figure out who you are and where you fit. Some days you feel anxious or down for no clear reason. Other days, you’re just tired of pretending you’re okay. If you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or like no one really gets it—therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.
I work with teens (11+), adults, couples, and families who are ready to make changes—even if they’re not sure where to begin. My clients often describe feeling scattered, stuck in their own heads, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to unpack what’s going on and figure out what healing looks like for you.
Clients describe me as easy to talk to, supportive, and curious. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy, offering tools and insight without pressure or judgment. I use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy to help you understand what’s holding you back and how to move toward the life you want.
My background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from National Louis University in Chicago, IL. I’ve worked primarily in nonprofit settings, serving a diverse range of clients across all ages and life stages—and I’ve learned how important it is to meet people exactly where they are.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating—but it’s also a powerful act of self-care. If you’re ready to begin, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a feel for what it might be like to work together.

Are you feeling like life is a never-ending rollercoaster? Maybe you feel stuck or hopeless in a relationship, disconnected from yourself or others, or like moving through life, relationships, and your career is an exhausting uphill climb. It can feel like you're carrying an invisible weight—alone. You long for relief, a sense of calm, and deeper connection in your life and relationships.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can begin to explore painful emotions and find comfort, relief, and clarity.
I work with individuals (11+) and couples who are navigating relationship stress, major life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief, faith or spirituality struggles, family of origin challenges (including adult children of addicted parents), and ADHD-related concerns. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can gain insight, feel more grounded, and move forward with greater clarity, connection, and purpose.
Clients often describe me as calm, curious, and nonjudgmental. I work collaboratively, inviting you to explore your story while also offering practical tools to help you feel more steady and empowered in your everyday life.
My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices to help you connect more deeply with yourself and live more fully in the present moment.
I hold a BA in Intercultural Studies and Bible Theology, an MA in Human Services with a focus on Crisis and Trauma Counseling, and an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling. My background includes work in nonprofits focused on community development and refugee support, as well as experience in an in-patient mental health treatment center.

Areas of focus include:
You’re doing all the right things—but still feel like it’s not enough. You’re the one people count on.You work hard, keep it together, and try to stay strong. But under the surface, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted from overthinking, and unsure how to quiet that inner critic. Life transitions, grief, or just the weight of daily stress can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. You want to feel more confident, more connected, and more like yourself again—but you’re not sure where to start. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to feel more grounded again with support that meets you where you are.
I work with adults and couples navigating perfectionism, low self-esteem, burnout, life transitions, and the quiet weight of shame or grief. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. We slow down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and find clarity around what’s next.
Clients describe me as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. My style is compassionate but honest—I’ll listen deeply, reflect what I see, and gently challenge you when it’s needed. You don’t have to do this alone.
I’ve worked in the counseling field for over a decade, beginning in an opioid treatment facility before transitioning into private practice where I’ve found deep joy in supporting my local community. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Georgia College & State University.
