Course description

World History and Geography is a high school-level course that explores the patterns and processes that shape human populations, cultures, economies, and landscapes. The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of human geography, which is the study of how people interact with and impact their environments. 


Topics include Population Geography, Cultural Geography, Political Geography, Economic Geography, Urban Geography, and Agricultural Geography. 


Throughout the course, students develop skills in map reading, data analysis, critical thinking, and spatial reasoning. The aim is to understand the complex interactions between humans and their surroundings and how these interactions vary across different regions and change over time.
