• Abstract Submission Deadline: Sunday, March 15 @ 11:59 PM  (Note: Each student included as an author on an abstract must also register as an attendee). All abstracts will be approved and then you must register to attend the Expo.

• Attendee Registration Deadline: Wednesday, March 18 @ 11:59 PM (ASDRP Research Students)

• Poster Printing Deadline: Thursday, March 19 @ 8:30 PM

Guest Registration

• Attendee Registration Deadline: Friday, March 20 @ 11:59 PM

Research Poster Session: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM 

Original scientific research posters during the Poster Session (Gillmor Center)
View and meet the researchers and learn about the original scientific findings of 750+ high school students, who conducted research across 80+ projects in a wide array of STEM fields. Our student researchers come all over the San Francisco Bay Area, across the U.S., and internationally!

Clean-Up Session: 1:00 - 1:30 PM 

The Gillmor Center is generously shared to ASDRP by Mission College and it should be left how it was found.
