Registration

If your research group is planning to present a poster or give an oral presentation, you must submit your project abstract for review and have it approved. 

1. Submit Abstract for approval. Abstract submissions are completed by only one group member in behalf of the entire group. This person includes the information for all lab members. To submit an abstract, see the Spring 2025 Expo Registration Email Message.

Don't forget to bring your QR Code! Provided in registration ticket.

ASDRP is a non-profit research organization with highly sensitive and protected intellectual property. Due to the nature of the event and the access our guests will have to protected intellectual property, all guests must complete the above information in order to gain access to the event space.
