Nashua Athletic Leadership Council

The goal of the Nashua Athletic Leadership Council is to make high school sports more inclusive for students at Nashua High School South and at my school (Academy for Science and Design). We spend time and effort volunteering toward these goals. We strive to make sports more inclusive of high school students by keeping fans engaged through planning pep rallies, spirit weeks, and by keeping students up to date on sports at Nashua High School South via social media. Not only do we make it more inclusive for students, but we also promote participation in sports across the Nashua community. Specifically, at Nashua South, we advertise sports participation and inform students of the requirements to play through videos, posters, and announcements. At Academy for Science and Design, I make students aware of the opportunity to participate in sports at Nashua South by speaking with them and creating promotional posters.
