Registration Page

Please fill out the form once per student.   Once you have filled out the form I will be in contact regarding any next steps in registration (or payment if you chose to pay later.)  Please note that your student's registration is not complete until payment has been received.  If you opt to pay via check, make them out to The Academy for Science and Design with Summer School in the memo and either mail them to the address below, or send them in with your student:

Classes do have maximum sizes and may fill up quickly.  Please be aware that sign ups after 24 students are likely to be put on a waiting list. You can find additional information on our Terms and Conditions Page.
