Volunteers are crucial to our school! Our school believes that the best education is a result of partnership between educators and families.
In order to engage our awesome volunteers and also keep our students safe, we need all volunteers to sign the following documents every year:
This form needs to be completed by all volunteers every year.
You will need to provide proof of car insurance (this comes from your agent, not your insurance card) with this form in order to drive students on field trips.
