Volunteers are crucial to our school! Our school believes that the best education is a result of a partnership between educators and families.
In order to engage our awesome volunteers and also keep our students safe, we need all volunteers to sign the following documents every year:

If using a smartphone or tablet, the device needs to be in landscape mode, or some text and buttons on the application screens may be inaccessible.
Volunteers who interact with students in a school for more than four (4) hours per week are required to complete Mandatory Reporter Training before volunteering. This is NOT something that can happen the day of field trips. ALL parents should just go ahead and get this done.
You will need to provide proof of car insurance that shows the limits (this comes from your agent, not your insurance card) with this form in order to drive students on field trips.
A copy of your driver's license and vehicle registration will need to be attached.
