Meet Mrs. Rainey
Dorothy Rainey is a School-Based Mental Health Counselor through the Anderson County Board of Education. She serves students at HPES and HPMS. Mrs. Rainey is with us at HPMS on Tuesday and Thursday during the week. Referrals for mental health services begin with the school counselor.
