Registration and Withdrawal Information

Withdrawal Procedures & Enrollment Procedures: To expedite the enrollment process, please have all documentation and paperwork completed prior to coming in to the Guidance Office. If you are coming from another Anderson County School, you should first go to your original school and follow their withdrawal procedures.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO ENROLL YOUR STUDENT:

o Parent/Legal Guardian Verification

o Government Issued Photo ID

o Divorce/Separation Documents, if parents have divorced

o Court Ordered Guardianship Papers, if applicable (a notarized statement parent or legal guardian is not sufficient)

o Proof of Residency (at least 2 documents from the following list are required)

o Current electric and/or gas bill displaying service address and a billing date within the past 30 days

o Closing statement or current mortgage statement for primary residence showing property address

o Current signed lease agreement with name and phone of landlord

o Most recent state or federal income tax return

o Current statement from DSS or other government agency which provides residency or parent/legal guardian

o Current paycheck stub with address of residence

o Student Information (Quick Look Up from previous school and/or students current or future schedule)

o State/County issued certified birth certificate

o Immunization Certificate

o Withdrawal/Transfer form from last school attended to include: grades, attendance, discipline

o High School transcript

  • Copy of student’s IEP or 504 plan, if applicable
